WHO ARE WE
At Community Health Center, we've been caring for families since 1972. What began as a volunteer women's clinic above a sweet shop in Ashland, Oregon, has grown to four clinic sites plus a school-based health center serving the communities of Jackson County, Oregon.
We provide the most affordable, timely and quality primary and preventive medical care for low-income families.
Our success is in our partnerships with our patients and community. We are proud of our rich history and look forward to continuing to build our capacity in order to serve our growing community.
